USCIS Releases the H-1B Cap Count
As of June 17, 2011 only 16,300 of the 65,000 available H-1B numbers has been used. This means that new H-1B filings should be available for at least several more months. As for cases filed under the Master’s Cap, slightly over half have been used to date.
