Together, they have handled hundreds of visa processing cases, not only at U.S. Consulates in Mexico and Canada, but around the world from Korea, Burma (Myanmar) and China to Argentina and Chile. Paul frequently accompanies HaydenLaw clients on visa trips and his strong track record has earned the complete confidence of Frances to handle her clients' cases when scheduling requires. Though he works cooperatively with us, Paul also has his own active and successful immigration practice based in Los Angeles. With Frances, Paul co-authors the chapters on policies and procedures at the consulates in Mexico City and Seoul, Korea for "The Visa Processing Guide," the comprehensive handbook for immigration attorneys that is published annually by the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). Paul has been a featured speaker and panelist at numerous seminars and conventions held by the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the National Association of Foreign Student Advisers (NAFSA).
