John H. Myers is a highly respected immigration attorney who often works with HaydenLaw and accompanies our Applicants on visa trips when scheduling requires his assistance.

John earned his J.D. from the National Law Center of George Washington University in Washington D.C. He was a partner in a prominent Washington law firm before moving to Chile, where he spent ten years practicing law and pursuing an impressive array of successful commercial ventures such as a retail sportswear business in Santiago. John speaks fluent Spanish. John also lived in Korea briefly and worked at the Embassy of the Dominican Republic where he assisted the Ambassador

With more than twenty-five years of experience in the legal profession, he is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the District of Columbia bar. An accomplished writer, John has published numerous articles on U.S. immigration laws. John wrote the chapter on procedures at the U.S. consulate in his former hometown, Santiago, Chile, for "The Visa Processing Guide," the handbook for immigration lawyers that AILA puts out each year. Besides writing, John frequently speaks at immigration law seminars in the U.S. and abroad.

He is the founding partner of his own thriving immigration law practice--the Law Offices of John H. Myers located in Miami, Florida.
