Please complete this brief form so we can email you a username and password to create a consultation file with our office on our secure interactive server.

We charge a $250 nonrefundable fee to discuss your case with you and advise you on your immigration options. Returning clients are not required to pay this fee.

As soon as we receive your contact information and payment, our Client Information Administrator will send you a personal username and secure password.

You will be prompted to customize your password when you log in.
Please guard your password carefully so all information that you submit to us is confidential and secure.

Once you have logged in with your password, you will be instructed to fill out a more detailed questionnaire and be provided with a list of documents that we will need to evaluate your case.

CONFIDENTIALITY:  Any communication with our office in anticipation of our representation of your case will be treated as confidential, legally privileged and protected by law. Access to this information is restricted to our staff and will not be shared with others without your permission.
